Welcome, and thank you for partnering with true Australian farming families to
deliver your meal options. The produce you receive has come from, and is handled by true rural family businesses and all money spent along the production chain goes directly to supporting them and their families. There are no corporate intermediaries or multinational companies syphoning profits for shareholders.
Lachlan and Kate James and their two sons Stirling and Fraser live and work at ‘Marriot Park’, located on the Liverpool Plains near Gunnedah NSW. All of the beef for the ‘Beef Pack’ products are sourced from cattle grown and fattened at ‘Marriot Park’.
The cattle are provided with the highest level of supervision and care. Both Lachlan and Kate hold Rural Science degrees and have been noted as one of Australia’s most decorated steer and carcase exhibitors. Having achieved some of the highest accolades at Sydney Royal Easter Show and the Beef Australia National Carcase Competition. Furthermore, Both Lachlan and Kate have been on international meat judging teams, with Lachlan currently coaching Australia’s highest ranked High School Meat Judging team. When it comes to the perfecting eating quality Lachlan believes in the basics of good nutrition, adequate fat cover and a stress-free environment for all animals grown at Marriot Park.
Your meat and produce are transported and delivered in refrigerated transport direct to your door. Deliveries are coordinated by George and Georgia Wragge. George and Georgia with their two young kids currently reside in Sydney’s Lower North Shore. George grew up on the family farm in Scone, studied Rural Science and represented Australia at meat judging. Georgia a city girl who has a deep affinity with the bush through George and her rural cousins, understands that the best quality produce comes straight from the farmer. They are passionate about closing the gap between farmers and city consumers. George and Georgia are excited to be able to provide our city friends with the same quality meat and produce we have been enjoying for years.
